Noah Stone Bakes began with a passion for baking that I shared with close friends, initially selling custom cakes. In 2019, when devastating wildfires swept through Australia, I organized a fundraiser called "Challah for Koalas" to support injured koalas. The success of this event ignited a deeper love for challah baking, and I soon found myself regularly making challah, in addition to the custom cakes I had always enjoyed creating. Today, Noah Stone Bakes continues to thrive, offering both challah and custom cakes, each made with the same care and commitment that started it all.
